We have got our pre-approvals today, 1st Nov 2013. We are going with ING as I felt they have NO FEES and good fixed rates when compared to others. Finalists were CommonwealthBank and Bankwest.

Our Estate Master Plan and location of our LOT
Here is the master plan from Eucalypt and I have marked our
LOT with a RED STAR. Its going to be close to the Outdoor Fitness Station (Supposed to be completed in 18 months). And the primary school is supposed to be opened in 6 Years time.
